Wi-Fi only, storage and retrying.
- On mobile data with Download over Wi-Fi only on, downloads wait for Wi-Fi. Turn it off in Data & downloads, or connect to Wi-Fi.
- Check your phone has space, and that the folder in Save downloads to still exists.
- In Downloads, tap a failed download to retry it, or pause and resume a slow one.
